Article 25 Section 4-Dump Trump

The U.S. Constitution provides for the removal of a president if he can not discharge his duties. Article 25 claims the Vice-President can remove the president and become the acting president if he, along with either Congress or the Executive Staff(namely the Cabinet) find that the President can do his job! Hooray for the Constitution! Let's start a letter writing campaign or an email writing campaign to get that done!
