My First Fender Bender and the laptop from hell !

Today was generally a bad day. It actually revolved around one call and the disasters followed. I was driving in Worcester when I car behind me smashed into my rear. It was a mother (hispanic?) with two kids in the back. Nobody was hurt and there was little or no damage to my car so I just let it be. I can see why Tom Brady was so rattled after his car accident. It is something unexpected that happens in a jarring motion.

Well to top all off, the place I went to had the laptop from Hell!! I spent 3 hours there removing and replacing and removing and replacing part after part after part!!! Finally got it to work though!
